I was having shoulder trouble at the gym and had never had a massage before but thought I would try it in order to address the pain I was having both at the gym and with my mandolin playing. I went to Winds of Harmony and signed up with Cheryl Bochniewicz for massages and I am so glad I did! I was a little uncomfortable with the idea of having a massage and Cheryl picked up on this and explained the whole process in a very clear way. She interviewed me at the start to understand what my particular needs are (and she continues to do this each time before my massage). She also gave me exercises to do to help with my healing. My pain has gone away and yet I have continued with the massages as they are so enjoyable! Cheryl is a great massage therapist, and I can't recommend her highly enough. She is very quick to pickup on cues from you and anticipate your needs and is very professional. I would recommend Cheryl to anyone wanting a general massage and in particular to help with someone dealing with any sort of chronic condition, as she has a very deep understanding of the body and will work very hard to understand your particular issues. I've been going to Winds of Harmony for about 4 years now. I went for Reiki sessions, Lynn is amazing at her craft.. she has helped me help myself and I'm so very thankful! I have learned so much from her! She's very professional, makes you feel very comfortable and is always willing to listen. I absolutely recommend Winds of Harmony!

Had my first ever massage therapy appointment a few days ago. Cheryl was able to fit me in very quickly, which was great! I was in a lot of pain. Cheryl was very professional, educated me on what she was going to work on for me. She was very thorough, I was very comfortable, and I'm so glad I went. She gave me tips on how to help myself after leaving. I followed her advice and I'm happy to say I'm feeling so much better! Great experience, great massage therapist who absolutely knows her stuff! I have known Lynn for 20+ years and I can honestly say I love these girls and their work! They are both phenomenal healers. I have learned so much from them. I love the laughter and the tears(all good ones) that we have shared and I look forward to sharing more of those soon!

1/9/2018--So I've recently decided to begin the journey to make myself whole again. I had a powerful session with Lynn last evening and today I was put to the test very early in the day. I could have chosen to be angry and frustrated with the situation but instead I chose to just roll with it and simply let it go. It is not going to consume me or take up space in my brain today. This work is going to test me. It's going to bring the crud to the surface and I'm going to have to plow through it but it's ok. I'm ok, and with Lynn and Cheryl by my side I can tackle it all!

I see Cheryl regularly for massages and it's the highlight of my week! Cheryl listens to my needs and creates a responsive tailored massage every time. I've also enjoyed Polarity sessions with Cheryl and Reiki with Lynn. The space is lovely and welcoming and Cheryl and Lynn are top-notch professionals and people! I highly recommend Winds of Harmony to anyone looking for more self care in their life. You won't be disappointed!

We were looking for a 'Girls Day Out' activity and decided to give foot reflexology a try. Cheryl was very accommodating. She explained every step of the process. It was a very calm, stress-free environment. The reflexology session was wonderful. It's amazing how points in your feet are connected to other parts of your body. I would highly recommend Cheryl if you are looking to give reflexology a try.

Have you ever been to a place that just feels right? Well, this is it! The second I walked in I was greeted by a beautiful soul named Lynn Small. She is part of this wonderful business. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Amazing ladies, I've been seeing both Lynn and Cheryl for a number of years. Their space is comfortable and welcoming. They are so caring, you know right away that they love what they do. I recommend this wellness center highly.

Both Lynn and Cheryl are very kind and welcoming. I've had reiki sessions with Lynn, and attended classes with Lynn and Cheryl. They are very knowledgeable in all that they offer, 5 stars truly isn't a high enough rating!

Cheryl is a skilled massage therapist. I've received some excellent deep tissue fascia massage, release. It's such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for your body.

Both Cheryl and Lynn are patient and more than willing to answer any questions you may have. Their demeanor and workspace is calming, inviting, and warm. You will ask yourself why you ever went anywhere else.
