Bodywork

Myofascial Release Therapy

Sustained pressure into the fascial system to release restriction and chronic pain. Most of the work happens on top of the sheets, with no lotion, so dress in shorts and a T-shirt or sports bra. Cheryl trains through the John F. Barnes seminars and is taking new clients now.

Therapeutic Massage

Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point and neuromuscular work, matched to what your body is actually doing. Broad flowing strokes for relaxation and stress relief, or slower and deeper into the muscle and fascia to unwind chronic tension.
Cupping Therapy

Booking and policies
- Appointments
- By appointment only. No walk-ins.
- Cancellation
- 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel. Without it, the full session fee is due before your next appointment.
- No-shows
- A forgotten or skipped appointment is a no-show and is charged in full.
- Arriving late
- Arriving late may shorten your session so the next client is not kept waiting. The full session fee still applies.
- If you are unwell
- Bodywork is contraindicated when you are unwell. If you have had a fever in the last 24 hours, are coughing or sneezing, or otherwise feel off, get in touch and we will move your appointment.
